Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Deck Of Pain at 5.0 against Fit's 4.5. Fit's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Deck Of Pain sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Deck Of Pain holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fit has 31 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
