The Fix It NMB app serves as your official civic engagement platform for keeping connected with the City of North Miami Beach, Florida. With this app, you can easily submit service requests such as potholes, noise complaints, or safety concerns directly to City Hall. These requests are promptly directed to the relevant city staff within the appropriate department, ensuring swift and effective response. Plus, you'll receive instant notifications once your requests are updated and / or resolved! Here's how it works: 1. Spot something in need of fixing? 2. Submit a request, optionally with a photo attached. 3. City Staff receives and addresses the request, solving the issue.
