But there are a couple of things which you need to get started - a mat, a short looped resistance band and a set of dumbbells (start light i.e. 2kgs and build up gradually). My goal was to create a fitness platform that would appeal to everyone from anywhere and at any age – to those who have exercised for years and are looking for a new challenge as well as to those who are complete beginners. My aim is to provide home workouts which will motivate and inspire you to make exercise a healthy habit and part of your lifestyle for the future. Strength training is so important for our bone health and muscle mass, especially as we age. The benefits are huge both physically and mentally.
