ProfilePreflight: Config Diff helps Apple platform administrators and reviewers understand what changes between two configuration-profile files before deployment. Import a BEFORE and AFTER .mobileconfig file from Files. ProfilePreflight parses XML and binary property lists locally, matches payloads by PayloadIdentifier and PayloadType, and shows added, removed, and changed settings without requiring a manual plist comparison. Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, restrictions, and passcode payloads are grouped with factual explanations of the configuration scope to review. Password-, secret-, token-, credential-, private-key-, identity-, PKCS#12-, and binary-data values are redacted before they appear in the interface or report. Each review includes source SHA-256 fingerprints and a deterministic comparison fingerprint. The free app includes one complete comparison and one saved review. ProfilePreflight Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited saved reviews and deterministic text-report export through Files. There is no subscription. ProfilePreflight is an analysis tool. It never installs, signs, deploys, edits, or uploads a configuration profile, does not connect to MDM, and does not claim that a profile is safe. There is no account, developer backend, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Selected files and saved reviews remain in the app container unless you explicitly export a report.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Reopen in Private at none against ProfilePreflight's 1. Reopen in Private also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
