Meet Yokey, your AI companion for making a plan and following through. Describe a workout or everyday goal, answer a few useful questions, and review an editable suggestion inside EffortPath. Then turn that idea into something you can actually do. ASK YOKEY Build a workout around your focus, available equipment and preferences. Set up a count, streak or interval routine. Choose which suggestions to keep, adjust the details, and start, save or schedule your workout. Yokey draws on a reviewed exercise library and relevant training references; you can expand references when they appear. YOUR DAY. YOUR WEEK. Keep daily actions, accomplishments and weekly goals in view. Count pages, push-ups, practice or anything that matters to you. Build daily streaks, choose specific days, or aim for successful days each week. Separate workouts throughout the day combine toward your daily workout target. FIND YOUR NEXT WORKOUT Explore Weights, Cardio, Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, HYROX, CrossFit and Sports Specific. Pick a quick session, start an editable routine or build your own. Log sets, reps, weights, minutes and distance. Boxing Legends adds original practice sessions inspired by reviewed material about different fighters' approaches. STAY IN THE WORKOUT An immersive player keeps your current exercise, active or rest phase, countdown, targets and notes in view. Customize active and rest times by exercise, with separate sounds and colors. Pause, skip, restart or go back when you need to. Finish and keep your workout in history. PLAN NOW. CHOOSE LATER. Schedule a workout for today or a future date without choosing the routine yet. Pick it when you're ready, or log the class you attended. Optional weekly repeats help you make time for training. MAKE PROGRESS TOGETHER Connect with friends by full username and accepted requests. Share a workout, invite people to work out together or assign a plan as a trainer. Choose individual friends or joined groups. Turn count, workout or daily check-off goals into private challenges and follow the agreed progress without duplicating the same goal on Home. CONNECT HEALTH AND WATCH With permission, bring steps, sleep and completed workouts from Apple Health into personal progress, and save eligible EffortPath workouts to Health. On Apple Watch, follow supported phone workouts and timers, log sets and counts, check off goals or start supported saved activities. Original imported Health records stay on your device; sharing Health-derived challenge progress requires a separate choice. TAKE YOUR RUN OUTSIDE Track outdoor running distance, active time and pace with your iPhone. Pause when needed, choose miles or kilometers, and save the result to your workout history and goals. PHYSICAL THERAPY, CLEARLY MARKED BETA Organize a routine selected with your clinician, including prescribed reps, holds, sides and instructions. Connected clinicians and patients can share plans with acceptance. EffortPath does not diagnose conditions or generate a treatment plan. Core personal logging works without an account. AI chat and sharing require Sign in with Apple; chat also requires internet and explicit opt-in. Yokey is in beta: up to 3 chat attempts per account per day, including follow-ups. Chat may pause when shared beta capacity is used. Review AI suggestions before saving or starting. Other companions are coming soon. Health and location features depend on device support and permissions. Outdoor GPS recording requires your iPhone. HYROX and CrossFit identify workout categories; EffortPath is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.

Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: EffortPath at free against FORMAT Fitness's free with in-app purchases. EffortPath also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and device support (3 vs 1). FORMAT Fitness's advantage is ratings volume (177 vs 4) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
