A workout log that connects to your gym. Type a set and it is logged. Join a gym that uses Gyms, and the app opens on that gym every time. Used Healthtopia? It is now a program inside Gyms. An iPhone that used it still opens on the Healthtopia screen, with your 4.0 records and your subscription. ■ Your gym, in the app · At a gym that uses Gyms, hold your phone to the sticker at the entrance, or open the link or QR code your gym shares, to ask to join. Once a trainer approves, you are a member · A one-time welcome, then the app opens straight to your gym · See notices, your membership, PT sessions left and upcoming bookings; book PT sessions and group classes · Before you ask to join, the app shows what the gym will see. Leave the gym any time ■ Healthtopia (헬스토피아, in Korean) · An iPhone that used Healthtopia is recognised on the device and opens on the Healthtopia screen. After sign-in, the app asks once whether to join the Healthtopia gym; agree and you are a member at once, with no approval step. That gym opens the Healthtopia screen · Shim Hyun-do's no-split routine (subscription): 8 levels, Monday-to-Saturday workouts, planned sets, reps and weights, with Shim's guides · Free: per-set logging, your own exercises, a BPM counter with voice counts, rest and Tabata timers, workout scores, a calendar and per-exercise stats · Healthtopia records stay on your device ■ Typing is logging · Type "Bench Press" and the exercise opens; type "80 12" and a set is logged · A keypad built for sets, stepping by 2.5 kg; same as the last set? One tap · Type "lunch burrito" or "ramen 500kcal" in the same line and it becomes a meal · Offline, what you typed is kept as written — logging is never blocked ■ Timers · Tabata and metronome timers go full screen. During a workout you started, clicks and voice counts (recorded, English) keep playing with the screen off; cues for quiet intervals arrive as notifications ■ Ask your log · Ask "Did my squat go up since last month?" or "bench vs row" and get a table computed from your saved sets. Your phone counts the numbers, not the AI · Record questions use plates: you start with a few and earn 1 on each day you log 10 sets ■ Meals and calories · Log meals as text or a photo, then pick how much you ate · Calories show their source (Korea MFDS food composition database, USDA FoodData Central and others); anything else is marked as an AI estimate ■ Together · Up to 6 people write one record live, by code or link; iPhones can also invite by holding the phones close ■ Apple Health · Workouts are saved to Health, and active energy your watch measured is read back in · In a Tabata rest, once your heart rate is 25 bpm below that round's peak, the rest ends and the next round is signalled · What is read from Health never leaves your device ■ AI help · One-line setup, meal estimates, record questions, printout reading and workout import send what you typed and photos (location removed) through our server to an external AI service; our server does not store them · The app asks once, the first time, and sends nothing before you agree. Without it, logging still works; change it any time in Settings › AI help ■ Also · kg, lb, km, minutes and seconds; dark mode follows your system · No ads Logging on your own needs no account. Gyms and Together need sign-in. Subscription (Healthtopia screen) · Shim Hyun-do's no-split routine: auto-renewing, 1 month. KRW 9,900 a month in Korea; elsewhere, the price shown in the App Store · Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends if one is offered, then every month · It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
