WhoCue

WhoCue turns the list of people you want to meet at a conference or networking event into a quick visual guide on your phone. Each person has a photo, title, company, your prep notes, and a suggested topic to start the conversation. During the event, mark who you've met, set priorities, and take meeting notes. Afterward, export it all for follow-up. Build your list • Ask the AI chat assistant you already use to turn an agenda, speaker page, or guest list into a WhoCue list. Tell it your goals, such as meeting potential hires, investors, or customers, and it includes only the people who fit. Settings > How to use has a ready-made prompt to copy, and the file format is published openly. WhoCue works alongside the AI assistant you already use, and never sends your data to one. • Import a .json file, or a .zip that includes photos, from Files. You can also open or share a file into WhoCue from another app, or copy the JSON and tap Paste JSON. • Review before importing: see which people will be added or updated before anything is saved. If a file has a problem, WhoCue says what to fix, and your existing events stay as they were. • Prefer to type? Create events and add people by hand. On the day • See everyone at a glance, with photos. Search by name, company, notes, topic, or tag. Filter by status, priority, or tag. Sort by priority, name, company, title, status, or recently updated. • Swipe through people one at a time. Mark someone Met, or set their priority, with one tap. • Shuffle the list for a fresh review order. On iPhone, shake to shuffle again. • Take meeting notes by typing or dictating. Dictation works on devices that can recognize speech offline, and the audio is never saved or sent. • Track follow-ups, such as an email, a call, a meeting, documents, or an introduction, and whether each one is yours or theirs. • Add a person to Contacts with one tap: name, title, company, email, phone, and photo. Meeting notes stay in WhoCue. • Add or replace a person's photo from your library or camera. • Works offline once your list is imported. After the event • Export the event with your notes and follow-ups: copy it, share it, or save it as a file. Give it to your AI assistant with the included prompt to draft follow-up messages, a recap, or a prioritized follow-up list. • Import an updated list later without losing your meeting notes, follow-ups, or Met marks. Private by design • No account, no ads, and no tracking. WhoCue has no server, so we never see your data. • Your events are stored only on this device and are left out of iCloud backups. They leave it only when you export, share, or copy them, or add someone to Contacts. • The only time WhoCue uses the internet is to download photos that an imported list links to. • Because nothing is backed up, export an event if you want to keep a copy. Also • Light and dark themes, and three list densities. • An optional reminder, when you open the app, that networking is about the relationship, not the first meeting. • WhoCue is part of The Career Toolkit set of tools, from the book The Career Toolkit: Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You. Settings links to articles on what to say at a conference and how to get the most out of attending one.
