GETTING STARTED 1) To start exploring in AR, download the app and select your book from the DISCOVER page. 2) When the book has been downloaded you can find it in your LIBRARY. 3) Check out where you can find AR content by looking at the top of your screen. To trigger your first AR experience, simply hold your camera over that page. 4) For the best possible user experience, we recommend you to scan the entire page and not just a part of it. HOW TO USE 3D models: Discover a world of authentic learning experiences. You can rotate and scale the models using one and two fingers. Labels: Some 3D models have one or more white balls surrounding them. These are labels containing additional information. Click on the white ball to open the annotation at the bottom of the screen. Links: By clicking on the “Read more” icon you will be directed to an external website. There, you will find in-depth articles, simulations, and more. SBU SAFE is the official safety app of St. Bonaventure University. It is the only app that integrates with St. Bonaventure University's safety and security systems. St. Bonaventure University has worked to develop a unique app that provides students, faculty and staff with added safety on the St. Bonaventure University campus. The app will send you important safety alerts and provide instant access to campus safety resources. SBU SAFE features include: - Emergency Contacts: Contact the correct services for the St. Bonaventure University area in case of an emergency or a non-emergency concern - Friend Walk: Send your location to a friend through email or SMS on your device. Once the friend accepts the Friend Walk request, the user picks their destination and their friend tracks their location in real time; they can keep an eye on them to make sure they make it safely to their destination. - Mobile Bluelight: Send your location to St. Bonaventure University security in real-time in case of a crisis - Report an Incident, Tip or Crime: Multiple ways to report a safety/security concern directly to St. Bonaventure University security. - Virtual WalkHome: Allow Campus Security to monitor a user’s walk.
