This app can automatically detect pushups via the proximity sensor and the camera in the phone and track your push-ups, count repetitions, and supports you in achieving new personal records. In addition, there is a full training plan and voice coaching provided. Use the app to strengthen your muscles anytime and anywhere. A scientifically developed training plan guides you toward your goal, always keeping your fitness level in mind. You can choose between three levels from 0 to 100 Push-Ups. We’ve built a leaderboard to keep you motivated, and you can compare yourself with friends or the whole world. If you would like to set up a group of co-workers, you can easily create a new leaderboard only for this group of people. Finally, we’d like to see you succeed.
