SoClean est une application permettant d'évaluer simplement les prestations de ménage. Le constat : Les enquêtes de satisfaction montrent que la propreté des parties communes sont sources de mécontentement chez les locataires. Malgré les moyens importants mis en place par les bailleurs, il n’existe pas de moyen simple pour contrôler ces prestations. L’outil opérationnel : Proposer une interface simple pour le personnel de proximité, afin d’évaluer la propreté des cages d’escalier et affecter les ressources aux bons endroits. Tous les contrôles propreté sont centralisés dans un backoffice mis à la disposition du manager lui permettant d’avoir une meilleure visibilité sur l’état de son patrimoine ainsi que sur la qualité d'intervention des prestataires.
