Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Omi at 5.0 against DBC Online's 2.5. Omi also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). DBC Online's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (18 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
