Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Mr Greens App at none against Good Fold's shown. Mr Greens App also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). Good Fold's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
