**HB Vortex MotionRig: Professional Driving Ecosystem** Just Focus On Driving. A "Plug and Play" experience that eliminates complex settings and setup hassles. The system is designed to run without user intervention, offering an instant race-ready architecture. Our smart motor technology self-tests and auto-calibrates on every boot. **Technical Specifications** • System Requirements: No External PC Required (100% Standalone) • Body Type: 3 or 4 legs (3 DOF) • Nominal Power: 400W or 750W per leg • Stroke Distance: 100 - 150mm (Customizable) • Maximum Travel Speed: 80 cm/s (Capped at 35 cm/s for optimal realism) • Maximum G-Force: >1.0G (Soft-capped at 0.35G for home safety and precision) **Turnkey Standalone Solution** This system is a complete turnkey solution consisting of motors, base chassis, drivers, and our custom-developed control unit. You ABSOLUTELY DO NOT need an external PC, messy USB connections, or any additional middleman device to run the system. Just plug into power and play. **Top-Tier Performance & Safety Limits** Our mechanical infrastructure is capable of producing >1.0G force and 80 cm/s travel speed. However, to ensure home safety, prolong mechanical life, and maintain the most realistic driving feel, the system is soft-capped at an optimal 0.35G and 35 cm/s. **HOMS Architecture & Fluid Motion Technology** • Direct Memory Access (DMA): Game data is read with 17-bit resolution using 'ctypes' and custom parsers without rounding errors. • Lossless Telemetry (Salsa20): Offers the purest driving feel by decrypting encrypted data streams instead of standard packets. • Game-Based Optimization: Custom-written code infrastructure perfectly reflects the physics engines of F1, GT7, Assetto Corsa, and Forza. • 'No-Jitter' Guarantee: Advanced LERP algorithms keep motion smooth and uninterrupted, even with network latency. • Smart Memory: Continuously analyzes the past 20 motion frames to prevent mechanical vibrations (hammering). • Aero Sway: Physically simulates the aerodynamic lift (floating) sensation at speeds over 100 km/h. • 60Hz+ Output & 5-Axis Motion: Over 60 position updates per second. A flawless blend of Pitch, Roll, and Heave motions, even if the game stutters. **Safety & Diagnostics** • Independent Protection: The ESP32 processor runs independently from the main software, monitoring the system 24/7. • Smart E-Stop: Safely stops the system from your mobile device in emergencies without damaging the motors. • Black Box: Records the last 3 seconds of telemetry data in high resolution in case of an issue. • Active Safety: Anti-hammering measures, I/O frequency monitoring, auto-sleep (power saving), and smart park modes. **Connectivity & Ecosystem (Ignite BLE)** • No Coding, No Cables: Instant setup in seconds via Bluetooth using your phone. The rig recognizes your home network automatically. • On-the-fly Tuning: Change motion intensity and response speed in seconds while driving directly from your phone. • Advanced Interface: Integrated web and mobile interface for quick adjustments, system monitoring, lap times, tire temps, and real-time torque distribution. • SimHub Support: Full integration for unlimited telemetry data, bass shakers, and wind simulator support. **Supported Platforms & Games** Thanks to our proprietary software ecosystem, the system seamlessly supports PC, PS5, and Xbox. Its flexible infrastructure even allows for real-time RC Car control! Fully Compatible Titles: • F1 202X Series • Assetto Corsa & Assetto Corsa Competizione • Dirt 2.0 • Euro Truck Simulator 2 • Gran Turismo 7 • Forza Horizon 5 • Live for Speed
