Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: MTN OPS at every 5 weeks against SFW Auctions's every 7 months. MTN OPS also leads on ratings volume (2.1K vs 2). SFW Auctions's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SFW Auctions against 4.9 for MTN OPS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MTN OPS has 2.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. MTN OPS
Reported bugs
2 issues- Every time I use the app I run into an error. Can't apply promo codes, can't renew subscriptions and more. It makes managing my orders difficult.
- I just had to enter my credit card information six times. My attempts to get support for the problem were fruitless.
Requested features
1 request- Rewards program needed to contact customer support to get any rewards. Second not seeing what the rewards are doesn't show nor will the icon ever appear, when it does goes to descriptions of reward program and tells you to log in. Doing complete full circles.
