Mapper opens Google Maps links, directions, addresses, and map thumbnails from Safari directly in Apple Maps, so you can stop copying and pasting addresses. Key features: - Redirect Google Maps links, addresses, direction buttons, and map thumbnails directly to Apple Maps. - Support every Google domain (google.com, .co.uk, .ca, etc.) on iOS and macOS. - Smart fallbacks: if Mapper can’t resolve a link, you’ll land on the Google Maps web app and then automatically redirect to Apple Maps. - Zero data collection: Mapper only scans for map links on Google search pages and never stores personal or location data. How it works: - Install Mapper and enable the extension in Settings → Safari → Extensions. - Browse to Google in Safari. - Tap any map link, directions button, or thumbnail. - Mapper grabs the address or search term and opens Apple Maps with a single tap. Mapper is built and maintained by a solo indie developer, ensuring it stays lightweight, reliable, and up-to-date. If you love Mapper, please consider leaving a rating or review. Map Path quietly rewrites map links so they open in Apple Maps. When a web page links to Google Maps, Waze, Bing Maps, or HERE WeGo — or uses a geo: link — Map Path changes that link so a tap opens the place, address, or coordinates in Apple Maps instead. No copy-paste, no app-switch dance. It can also find addresses written in the page itself. Tap the Map Path button in Safari's address bar and it lists the addresses it spotted — tap one to open it in Apple Maps. It runs entirely on your device. No network requests, no tracking, no analytics, no data collection. WHAT IT DOES • Rewrites links from Google Maps, Waze, Bing Maps, HERE WeGo, and geo: URIs to Apple Maps • Finds plain-text addresses on a page and opens them in Apple Maps • Carries the place, address, or coordinates straight over • Keeps working as pages update — search results and single-page apps included • Works on iPhone and iPad WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • Doesn't follow or unwrap shortened links (goo.gl, maps.app.goo.gl) — that needs a network request, and Map Path makes none • Doesn't redirect pages you're already on — it only rewrites links before you tap them • Doesn't change your default browser or touch any app other than Safari PRIVACY Everything happens locally in Safari. Map Path needs access to the pages you visit only so it can find and rewrite map links — nothing leaves your device. Page text is scanned for addresses only when you tap the Map Path button, and is discarded immediately. No accounts, no servers, no third parties. The source is open for inspection. SETUP After installing, turn Map Path on in Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions, and set All Websites to Allow. The app walks you through it — and on iOS 26.2 and later it can take you straight to the right screen. By CodeCrafted Apps.
