Agilysys Pay Eigen app is a payments app that allows merchants to connect their Agilysys POS (Point of Sale) application with Eigen gateway devices. This app does not store any data or password details. Incorporates PCI-DSS Compliant, 128-bit SSL & Fraud Protection Who can use: Merchants purchasing Agilysys POS products and choosing Eigen gateway as their payment solution provider will be able to use this app. How to use: Merchants should download the POS app in their iOS device and then download Agilysys Pay Eigen app. Once the POS app and Agilysys Pay Eigen app are configured/synced then it will be ready to connect to the Eigen gateway devices. How it works: Once the apps and gateway devices are synced, payment will be initiated from POS app and the payment request goes through Agilysys Pay Eigen which will prompt for payment in Eigen gateway device. Once the prompt is displayed, guest can swipe/dip/tap their credit/debit cards in the Eigen gateway device and complete the payment.
