Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Endr at free against Necrozone's paid. Endr also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 12 months). Necrozone's advantage is ratings volume (60 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Endr holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Necrozone has 60 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Necrozone ships an update every 12 months, Endr every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
