About

VenueSight Events

VenueSight Events is the mobile event app for conferences, trade shows and expos. Attendees find any booth on an interactive floor plan, exhibitors capture leads by scanning badges, and organizers run check-in and on-site badge printing, all from one app. It's the companion to the VenueSight event management platform, built for everything from small meetings to 50,000-person expos. The floor plan, check-in and badge printing keep working even when the venue's internet doesn't. INTERACTIVE FLOOR PLAN & DIRECTIONS • Explore the venue – Pinch, drag and zoom the map, and switch between levels. • Search – Type an exhibitor's name or a booth number and the map takes you there. • Filter by category – See just the booths in the categories you pick. • Booth details – Tap a booth to see who's there, their categories and all their booths, then call, email or visit their website in one tap. • Walking directions – Get directions to any booth, exhibitor or spot, like the nearest restroom or exit, with the walking time, the distance and every step of the way. Step-free routes take elevators between levels. • Bookmarks – Bookmark exhibitors and check off the ones you've visited. Bookmarked booths are outlined on the map and visited ones fade, so you can see who's left. • Works offline – Your event's floor plan is saved on your phone, so the map and directions keep working when the Wi-Fi drops. FOR ATTENDEES • Digital badge – Your QR code is always in the app, ready for check-in and for exhibitors to scan. • Agenda & session check-in – Browse sessions, check in to talks and classes, and keep track of your personal schedule. • Exhibitor directory – Filter exhibitors by category, and Show on map takes you straight to their booths. • Attendee directory – Find and connect with attendees, speakers and booth reps. • Push notifications – Get schedule changes, venue announcements and networking opportunities as they happen. FOR EXHIBITORS & SPONSORS • Lead retrieval – Scan attendee badges to capture leads, add notes and export your leads anytime. • Get found – Attendees can find your booth by name, booth number or category, and bookmark you to visit later. • Featured exhibitors – Stand out on the floor plan with a star and your name. FOR ORGANIZERS • Fast check-in – Scan QR codes or search the attendee list, with every staff device kept in sync. • Self check-in kiosk – Attendees check themselves in by QR code or by name, and a Help button alerts your staff. • On-site badge printing – Badges print automatically at check-in on Brother QL and Zebra label printers, over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Design them on the VenueSight website, reprint in a tap, or send a badge from your dashboard to a check-in device. • Offline check-in – If the venue's internet drops, check-in and badge printing keep going, and everything syncs when you're back online. • All your events – Switch between every event you manage or attend, with live previews for organizers. • Custom content screens – Create unlimited pages with text, images, video, surveys or sponsor messages. GOOD TO KNOW • You need a VenueSight account to sign in. Use the email address you registered with, and we'll email you a sign-in code. • Some features, like walking directions and lead retrieval, depend on what your event offers. • Organizers set up events, floor plans and badges in VenueSight on the web. The app is where attendees, exhibitors and staff use them. Whether you're running a conference, working a trade show booth or planning which sessions to see, VenueSight Events puts the floor plan, your badge, the agenda, lead retrieval and check-in in one app.
