Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Depth at Free against µBrowser's $2.99. Depth also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0). µBrowser's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (107 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
