Automatic reconciliation of payment information from multiple people in the same house 7. Intelligent automatic payment percentage analysis for Facility Levy and Projects Resident Interface: 1. Get real time update of Facility Levy due for payment, with current and previous month status 2. Make estate levy payments directly from the app 3. Get real time update on Estate Projects 4. Make payments for your Estate Projects directly from the app 5. All time records for both Facility Levy and Projects are available 6. Real time payment notification is available and serves as receipt for payments 7. Automatic reconciliation of payments by different residents in the same house
