Here’s how it works: Choose a character and start exploring the Map Dine at our restaurants to earn BAOcoin Spend your BAOcoin on unique items in the app. Redeem your BAOverse items for their real world counter parts next time you visit. The Provenance Points app enhances the experience for our guests by allowing users to accumulate points, access exclusive offers and promotions, and enjoy various benefits. [Loyalty Points & Rewards]: The Provenance Points app provides customers with a rewarding loyalty program. Every purchase which is linked to the users account, earns reward points. The app allows guests to view their balance, as well as providing a QR code for them to scan at the tills to collect points. For our bars and restaurant guests the conversion rate is £1 = 1 point which must be collected at the time of service. For our accommodation customers the conversion rate is £2 = 1 point, (on the accommodation part of their bill only). For any spend in the bar or restaurant, points must be collected at the time of service. Once guests have accumulated 200 points, they can be redeemed for a £10 reward, to be used towards future visits. [Exclusive Offers & Promotions]: From time-to-time guests using the app will gain access to exclusive offers and promotions. These exclusive deals can include discounts, limited-time promotions, and more. The app keeps users informed about these offers through a dedicated promotions section, ensuring they don't miss out on exciting opportunities to try new dishes or save money. [General Information]: The Provenance Points app also serves as an information hub for guests. It provides general details about the venues, including their location, opening hours and contact information.
