The official Tidal Tank app: How-to's, exercise videos, and a workout companion. About the Tidal Tank: - GET THE ULTIMATE FULL BODY WORKOUT THROUGH INSTABILITY – Pick up the Tidal Tank and you immediately feel its unforgiving properties. The entire weight of the water sloshing from one side to the other in response to the smallest tilt. In order to raise it above your head, even the smallest muscles are activated, working together with the bigger muscles to maintain balance and power. Because of this, even 20 pounds of water can humble trained athletes. - EXPERIENCE THE FUN CHALLENGE OF A ‘LIVE’ WEIGHT – In contrast to ‘dead’ weights, the Tidal Tank reacts to your every movement. Because of this, EVERY REPETITION IS DIFFERENT, asking something different from your muscles and motor control each time. This trains athletes to be robust, promotes muscle growth for the fitness lover, and most of all – according to our customers - is a lot of fun. - ADJUSTABLE UP TO 49 LBS (BUT FEELS MUCH HEAVIER) – The Tank can be filled with up to 45 pounds of water. But don’t focus on this weight too much, even experienced athletes only use it with 20 pounds and still get sore. It’s all about the movement. In the included brochure we even added an indicator to see how many pounds of water are in the Tank based on the water level height. - FOR IN THE GYM / HOME / OUTDOOR / HOLIDAYS .. – The Tidal Tank, when empty, is only 3 pounds and 2 by 5 inches when folded up. It is easy to take anywhere, and have it ready in minutes with the special pin valve. Push the pin once to open it up for water. Hold it under the faucet until you reach the desired weight. Push the pin again to open it up for air. Attach the pump, give it a few pumps until the Tank is firm, and you’re ready to go! - ONLY WITH THE TIDAL TANK: EVERYTHING YOU NEED – We are fully focused on the Tidal Tank, and want to give you everything you may need, in one purchase. So we made the Tidal Tank transparent, allowing you to see the water level, and included a handy water level to weight indicator so you can see how many pounds of water to add. Furthermore, you will get free access to our online training center with many exercises for your inspiration.

Have you been emailing colleges? Don't know where to start? Overwhelmed or confused about the recruiting process? CommitU gives players a clear system to take control of their own recruiting — instead of guessing, scattering emails across an inbox, and hoping a coach notices. What CommitU does: Matches you with schools that fit your level of play, distance from home, degrees offered, and more Organizes outreach to 6,400+ coaches across 1,700+ schools (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO, and more) Shows real engagement — know when a coach opens your email or clicks a link, instead of wondering if it was ever seen Builds a shareable recruiting profile — stats, video, socials, all in one link Projects where you realistically fit based on real metrics (exit velocity, fastball velocity, 60-yard time) Keeps every email, every response, every follow-up organized in one dashboard An organized way to run your own recruiting campaign — not an agency that emails coaches for you, and not a black box AI tool. CommitU gives you the structure and visibility to manage your own outreach, at a fraction of the cost of a private recruiting advisor. Who it's for: High school baseball players (13-18) who are serious about playing in college and want a clear, organized system instead of a messy spreadsheet and a prayer. Stop wondering if your emails are even being seen. Start knowing.
