FLYING YOGA DANCE ® is a discipline patented by the master Cristian Bevilacqua and nationally recognized by CSEN (C.O.N.I. ). This discipline combines the key principles of several disciplines such as Calisthenics, Gyrokinesis ®, Pilates, Dance and Yoga. All with the help of a special fabric : a hammock anti-gravity, which allows you to relieve tension from the spine and improve blood flow and lymphatic flow, bringing more oxygenation to tissues and brain. FLYING YOGA DANCE® can be DYNAMIC or RELAX In the DYNAMIC version, all movements and exercises are harmonious and dynamic, like a dance. The lesson focuses on strengthening and muscular elasticity and on coordination and elegance of gesture. The movements are performed in harmony with the music, developing aerial choreography. In the RELAX aspect, everything focuses on Yoga in suspension. The lesson focuses on the abandonment of the body and the release of tension, paying attention to how the body reacts and breathes with each movement, and regenerates by being gently cradled in the hammock. The FLYING YOGA DANCE ® session lasts 60 minutes and is practiced with the help of a special hammock hanging from the ceiling that allows the body to perform the movements without the constraints of gravity. BENEFITS: -TONIFIES AND SHAPES THE MUSCLES -RELIEVES BACK PAIN -GIVES GREATER AWARENESS OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR CAPABILITIES -REALIGNS THE VERTEBRAE -RELIEVES NERVE AND MUSCLE TENSION -REDUCES PRESSURE BETWEEN JOINTS -GIVES PSYCHOPHYSICAL WELL-BEING -GIVES RELAXATION AND SERENITY -IMPROVES SLEEP QUALITY -IMPROVES LYMPHATIC AND BLOOD CIRCULATION -HELPS TO OVERCOME ITS LIMITS -IS FUN AND LIBERATING The upside down dance that frees the mind and shapes the body. The benefits of FLYING YOGA DANCE ® are related to the fact that the muscular effort is made without being at the expense of the spine and therefore, even in the most complicated positions - think of the upside down positions of yoga - there is no danger of trauma. In addition to not causing trauma, the fact of being "hung", or rather, suspended, from a tree. or rather, suspended, from a support contributes to the stretching of the spinal column with consequent benefit to the entire musculoskeletal and nervous system. The muscles that are also strengthened, thanks to the proposed sequence of exercises, are those of the lower and upper limbs, the abdominal belt and the so-called "core muscles", the muscles of support: all developing elegance of movement, fluidity, sense of balance and greater perception of your body. But, above all, CRISTIAN BEVILACQUA, its creator, likes to emphasize the fact that it is a practice that enjoys, being extremely liberating and fun, as well as healthy and that you do not need to have studied dance to practice ... Really everyone can ... FLY! FLYING YOGA DANCE ® is for everyone: women, men and children of all ages and level of preparation. FLYING YOGA DANCE BABY & KIDS ® A fun and exciting journey through the discovery and control of imbalance, including exercises, storytelling, flips, handstands, swings, creative workshops and inversions upside down. Each child is free to express their creativity according to aptitude, skills and abilities in a path characterized by the balance between physicality and manual ability. In the path children will develop a form of playful learning, focused on promoting a healthy and proper socialization. Children are guided in a dynamic and loving way through the wide variety of Yoga positions on the ground and suspended in a hammock anti-gravity.
