Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Amii NFC at 3.9 against NFC's 1.0. Amii NFC also leads on ratings volume (38 vs 1). NFC's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Amii NFC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. NFC asks for nothing beyond the download.
Amii NFC holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Amii NFC has 38 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
