Vrtly is the all-in-one consultation and content platform built for aesthetic Practices. Designed for iPad, Vrtly lets providers run guided, tap-through consultations, manage in-practice video playlists, and instantly deliver personalized mobile Info Packs that boost patient education and drive revenue. Whether in the lobby, treatment room, or consult room, Vrtly turns every screen into a high-impact, high-conversion moment for patients. Run guided consultations that blend Brand videos, images, and PDFs with your own Practice content. Start with a Brand consultation or customize your own. Reorder, remove, or add Practice-specific assets. Present with simple next/back controls on any connected Vrtly screen. Screens automatically return to Shuffle Ads mode when idle. These consultations create clearer, more consistent explanations that improve patient understanding and confidence. Send personalized Info Packs instantly. Info Packs turn the consultation into a mobile take-home experience—complete with videos, imagery, PDFs, external links, and Practice branding. Deliver via email or QR. Combine Vrtly content with booking, payments, social links, or anything else your Practice needs. You can also bundle multiple Info Packs into a single, modular mobile experience that keeps patients engaged after they leave the room. Control all your in-practice screens with ease. Instantly switch between Shuffle Ads mode, Brand or Practice video playlists, Open House loops, Consultations, and the Info Pack Builder. Mode switching is immediate, letting staff match the screen to the moment without interrupting the conversation. Vrtly brings consultations, video ads, education, and patient follow-through together into one seamless platform—elevating the entire aesthetic patient journey from first question to confident “yes.”
