Got a game tomorrow, but your mind is everywhere except on the game? Headformers is a mental coach who's there when you actually need support — not two weeks from now, on a Tuesday at 4 PM. Just message Luka, your AI mental coach, and he'll respond like someone who truly understands sports. ## WHEN IT CAN HELP When pre-game nerves get the better of you. After a mistake you keep replaying in your head. When you're returning from an injury, your body is ready, but your mind isn't. When the pressure from coaches, parents, or your own expectations starts affecting your performance. When your form drops and you can't figure out why. ## WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THE APP **Chat with Luka** — in Slovak, anytime, with no appointments needed. **Practical techniques built into your conversations** — breathing exercises, focus techniques, and game preparation. **Conversation history** — so you can revisit your chats whenever you need to. ## WHO IT'S FOR For athletes aged 13 and up — from youth players to professionals, across all sports. For athletes who see mental preparation as part of training, not just an optional extra. We also work with clubs and academies. If you manage a team and want Headformers for your entire squad, get in touch at headformers.com/kontakt. ## WHY YOU CAN TRUST US Behind Luka is a team of mental coaches and a sports psychologist with more than 40,000 hours of real-world experience working with athletes. This isn't a generic chatbot dressed up as a coach. It's built on proven methods that our team uses with athletes every day. ## PRIVACY Everything you share stays yours. We don't read or sell your conversations. ## IMPORTANT Headformers is a tool for mental preparation and performance development. It is not a medical service, therapy, or a substitute for care from a doctor or psychologist. Luka does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.
