ExpertArcher vs Archery iX

Expert Archer was written to take Archery scoring apps to the next level for beginners and expert archers alike. Store bow details, arrows, nocking point, tiller etc.for all your bows and enter sight marks for any distance for any bow...and of course, record your scores. You can record scores as on a conventional scoresheet, but entering the arrow values - or - you can switch to target mode, which allows you to place the position of your arrows on a view of the target - you can then use this inofrmation to see where individual numbered arrows go over a number of ends....and...it looks cool.... Your scores are synchronised with the ExpertArcher server, so you can record or view scores across different devices, or through a web browser. If you lose your phone, you will NOT lose your scores. Description. You can enter scores for rounds you have previously shot, or score a round whilst shooting. All World Archery rounds are supported along with Aussie rounds, and you will see your saved sight marks whilst shooting a round, so you can't go wrong (we hope). You can also add your own practice rounds, which will be shown in (brackets) when used and if you don't finish a round, you can either leave it to complete another time, or save it as unfinished (at this time you can't go back to a saved unfinished round however). The app tracks high scores for practice, competition conditions and tournaments, so you can easily see PBs for different conditions and bows. Handicaps are calculated for each round shot using the official tables and your season handicaps are calculated and maintained throughout the year. Also the standard classification system (AGB/WA) is used, so you can see your classification for every round shot. Importantly, your scores are YOURS, and can be imported/exported freely along with sight marks. Don't put your scores into other apps and lose them.... Group your Practice and Competition shoots separately Lock your Sessions to prevent accidental changes To be extra safe you can backup all your shoots to iCloud, save a copy of your score sheet to the file system or share via social media, email and printer. Search function Looking for a particular shoot or number of shoots is easy with the search function, search results can then be used to view statistics of those selected shoots. Search for one or multiple archers. Coaches will appreciate this function as they can monitor the progress of each individual archer they are training and compare their performance to choose the right archers for the next Olympics. Multi-Archer Scoring Create a shoot for up to 4 Archers at a time and record the scores simultaneously, easily. Each archer will have their own statistics and score sheet at the end of the shoot. Enter your score via NUMBER PAD or TARGET FACE Use the Number Pad for quick scoring and the Target Face for VERY ACCURATE placement of arrows. Good for squeezing out that last bit of tweaking. For the 'TARGET FACE' choice, please note there are no animal pictures at this stage, scoring is on concentric rings. Create custom Session/Round types Archery iX comes packaged with most Session/Round Types to get you going quickly. If the Session/Round type is missing - Simply create it. For Coaches - Create multiple archers This App is great for parents or coaches who have multiple student archers under their wing and would like to keep track of their performance. Get comparison statistics to see who is ready for the next big competition or the Olympics Record your Bows and Arrows Add your equipment which can then be attached to the score sheet for later reference. Utilities -> Practice your timing with the shot timer -> Print smaller target faces for your 'garage shooting range' to simulate longer distances -> Print blank score sheets for your event Backup your entire database to iCloud. -------------------------------------------------------- Subscription Plans This App is free to download, but has a limit of 20 Shoots/Rounds per Discipline for the free version. This should give you ample time to test the functionality of the App. Sharing or Printing of your Round is also disabled in the Free Version.
