Take control of your estate life. NOTE: You can only make use of this application if you are a resident of Amberfield Ridge. This application operates in conjunction with Willcom’s secure access system. It provides the features to efficiently manage and supervise the access of persons to your estate/complex premises. Onboarded residents can use the application to trigger access gates with a convenient scanner. The resident is also furnished with the ability to invite visitors, regulars, and delivery companies to enter the estate premises. All entrance transactions are authenticated against strict access parameters and logged in a managed database. The estate manager has access to all logged information as well as the ability to onboard/edit or new residents. The solution makes no compromises to security – while at the same time addressing the pain points originating from long access queues and solving the management nightmare of administrating the disparate systems, which are all too prevalent in secure access systems today. The resident will receive notifications via the application when a visitor enters or exits the security gates. Communicating with the access system of your estate has never been this easy. Gone are the days where the guardhouse is required to call a resident before a visitor is permitted access. The application is in development under a dedicated team of professionals and many additional features, as well as the usual conveniences, are being added to it. Take note that this application is not a standalone feature, but instead, it is one integral part of a secure access system, aimed at securely managing estates and complexes access. Part and parcel to the system, an arrangement of other peripherals are required to implement a fully secured solution. At its minimum requirements, it includes access gate nodes, backend databases, and an application server. Other technologies are available according to the requirements of the security company and the home owner’s association. Additional technologies include but are not limited to license plate recognition, facial biometric solutions, RFID, and long-range RFID technologies.
