Welcome to yogafreak. We offer original hot yoga, hot hiit, and vinyasa yoga classes in the studio and at home via live-stream. We aim to help you feel freakin’ happy, healthy, strong, sexy, balanced, clear minded and free from pain. We love first timers and will do our very best to make your experience a good one. All levels, shapes, sizes, and flexibilities are welcome to all classes.
