You have a court reserved and you need players? Our “Create Event” feature allows you automate the process of finding players and minimize the effort required. Players can set their time preferences in their Profile and Availability for play, preferred Places to Play, Create Groups or a Preferred Players list, allow our system to send invitations to all or select members of the list one at a time until the required number of players are matched and confirmed. If you allow it, and in the event you do not have quorum, the system will seek out players outside of your list to find similar skilled players to join you. You can also make this event a DUPR event in which case, you are reminded to enter your game scores, get scores approved by all players and then send it to the proper authorities for reporting. Events scores are available for viewing in the Play Calendar which shows all past and future events. As a club or as an individual you can create Open Play events, where the event is broadcast to a restricted set of people from your lists/groups or left open to all players nearby at the same skill level. If the max number of players allowed is met, one can join the waitlist and waitlisted players will be scheduled to play automatically if there are any cancellations. In the event there is a need for change e.g. location change due to rain, one can edit the event anytime before the play and all will be notified automatically and act accordingly. As a club administrator, you can use our system to automate the process of finding players for your events. In the event you are traveling to a new location and you would like to play— just say so! And the system will broadcast your message to similar skill level players or club administrators and you can get connected and play at the appropriate time and skill level. Keep your fingers crossed that at least some folks will respond! Alternately, if true open plays are created on our system, you would be able to see such opportunities to play based on your location. Every event allows Conversations between accpeted players. You can also see Players Nearby and see if anyone you know is playing. We also have a player rating system that is more geared to game satisfaction in which skill level is one of the key components but not the only component. In the near future you will be able to see game Videos if the location of play is KourtWiz enabled and you should be able to. Reserve a court at your favorite location and initiate player finder to fill the event all at once.
