Resident Connect is how your apartment community keeps you in the loop — and how you reach them back. Your property invites you with a simple code. From there, the app becomes your building's: their name, their branding, their updates. STAY INFORMED - Building notices arrive as notifications with your community's name on them — and you acknowledge them with one tap, so the office knows you know. - Live service updates during outages: what's out, what's being worked on, and when it's expected back. No more guessing whether anyone's on it. - A notification inbox keeps every notice and update in one place, so a missed notification is never missed information. GET THINGS FIXED - Submit maintenance requests in under a minute — describe the issue, add a photo, and say how urgent it feels. - Tell the team how to handle access: "come in anytime" or "I need to be home." No more surprise knocks or missed visits. - Follow your request's progress on a clear timeline, from submitted to solved. YOUR COMMUNITY, YOUR APP - Your property's branding throughout — this is your building's app, powered by Resident Connect. - Private and secure: only invited residents can join, and biometric unlock is supported. - Free for residents, always. Resident Connect is for apartment communities that use the Resident Connect platform. Ask your property's office if your community is on it — or tell them you'd like it to be. Property managers: Resident Connect gives your team acknowledgment tracking, maintenance triage with photos and access preferences answered up front, automated move-in invitations, and engagement insight — under your property's own brand.
