About

Obsessed

Features

Obsessed is not a wellness app. It does not celebrate you for showing up. It takes the goal you claim, turns it into a standard, and checks every day whether your actions matched it. YOU BRING YOUR OWN TRAINING Type in the split you already run, import it from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes, paste a written program, or copy a friend's with an eight-character code. If you would rather we wrote one, we will. Either way it becomes the standard you are held to - and it learns: finish a session we never prescribed and that weekday becomes part of your week. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, DECIDED BY THE WORK Top your rep range on every set and the weight goes up. Come up short and it holds. Leave early and it holds too - no easier target for doing less. Drop sets, back-offs, warm-ups and sets to failure are each judged on their own terms. FOOD, CHECKED AGAINST THE GOAL YOU CLAIMED Type what you ate in your own words, or enter the barcode and get the numbers off the box. We do not recommend a diet. We check whether what you logged aligns with the goal you set - calories and protein, two-sided and asymmetric, with the tolerance your goal actually implies. A GRADE EVERY DAY, AND A RECEIPT EVERY WEEK Training and nutrition fold into one letter, S to F. Monday morning brings a receipt: sessions trained, aligned days, what moved on the bar, what it cost you. CONSEQUENCES THAT MEAN SOMETHING Three bad days and you are on The Bench for seven - locked out, history kept. Injury, sickness and emergencies are answered honestly, and you get one waiver a month. Travel is declared in advance, not used as an excuse afterwards. Two clean weeks at an A clears a strike. THREE VOICES Locked In is direct. Obsessed is sharper. Possessed does not let anything go. The voice changes; the standard never does. Obsessed attacks the behaviour, never the person. Obsessed is $14.99/month or $89.99/year, starting with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
