The AmpEQ Event mobile application is designed to provide attendees with access to information about local events coordinated by AmpEQ. The mobile app will include important information regarding the event, event schedule, event access, transportation and parking information, streamed content, as well as special audio QR and beacon capabilities to enhance the attendees’ experience. It’s important to note that full privacy protection is assured as the audio QR and beacon technology is NOT listening for, recording, or resolving any spoken word. The technology ONLY listens for the audio QR and beacon signals. Some advanced features include: Wayfinding: Attendees can use the mobile app and device mobile app to listen for special audio beacons that will assist in navigation throughput the event. Quickly locate food, drink, attractions, and medical location information as they traverse the venue. Special Content delivered though sound. As artists perform, special content, discount merchandise, and free download offers may be provided to attendees. Event advertising and sponsor information may be provided to attendees in support of those that made the event possible through Audio QR codes. Attendees may receive special discounts and free promotional items while using the event mobile app. Transportation Discounts will be made available through the venue and public transportation system.
