Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: UH60 PPC at 100% against CX's 36%. UH60 PPC also leads on price ($6.99 vs $19.99) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.2). CX's advantage is rating (3.7 vs 3.0) and chart position (#140 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

CX holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CX has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of UH60 PPC's written reviews are positive against 36% of CX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
