OSHAFLIX contains all manner of short, engaging safety videos in English and Spanish, many of which are led by me personally. They will challenge your team to identify ways they can improve and help persuade them to put safety into practice at work, at home, and on the road. (2.) I also include tips and entire videos dedicated to teaching you ways to squeeze all the learning out of each video; coaching you how to make your safety talks fun, engaging, and promote participation. I've been a full-time safety professional since 2007. Prior to that and through college I worked in residential construction jobs before getting schooled in safety and health working as field engineer in the energy sector for about 5 years in Mexico, New Mexico and New England. (I lived in Central and Northern Mexico for a total of 2 years: 1999 and 2002.) Since leaving my engineering job and starting my safety training company, I've enjoyed the amazing opportunity to meet and train hard-working folks in over 30 states and also back in Mexico.
