Define was created by fitness experts Jo and Jacqs of Sweat and Tell to offer workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. This app is designed to create a balanced approach to exercise and your overall health and wellness routine. Define is an all access app that offers five new follow along workouts each week, a weekly live community workout & a robust on demand library. Each workout is uniquely designed to sculpt and tone while developing a stronger mind-body connection.
