Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Remote for Now at free with in-app purchases against Remote Control for Q's subscription. Remote for Now also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Remote Control for Q's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
