Device Firmware Download: Users can independently search for firmware corresponding to their device models and download them. Only one firmware version is kept for each product model, with backend iteration programs managing uploads and replacements. Users are also notified of relevant information updates. Fault/Feedback Reporting: Users can provide feedback on on-site issues or requirements using the app. The backend team will promptly address and handle feedback upon reception. Network Connection: For internal application or device operations, the app needs to be on the same local area network as the device.
