Kinected Pilates Studio vs Claro

Our philosophy is based on efficient & long-lasting movement that supports every day living - we call that functional movement. Whether you are looking for rehabilitation, injury prevention or simply wellbeing, we have the options to suit your needs.

Cravings don't wait. Claro's right there with you. Claro is a quit-drinking companion built for the moments that matter. Whether you're doing Dry January, Sober October, a 30-day reset, or you're done with alcohol for good — Claro helps you ride out cravings, track your sober days, and finally see the patterns behind your drinking. This isn't about willpower. It's about having the right tools when the urge hits. A 90-SECOND CRAVING EXERCISE When a craving hits, Claro walks you through a guided breathing exercise to help you pause. Log the intensity, name the trigger, breathe through it, and come out the other side. No lecture. No guilt. Just a tool you can pull up in the moment. A SOBER TRACKER THAT MEANS SOMETHING Watch your streak grow day by day. See how much money you've saved, how many cravings you've worked through, and how many drinks you've skipped. Your sober counter isn't just a number — it's proof of every hard moment you got through. BUILT AROUND YOUR PATTERNS During onboarding, you share your triggers, your tough times, and your drinking patterns. Claro uses that to deliver check-ins that adapt to where you are. The more you use it, the more it fits you. SPOT PATTERNS, BREAK THE CYCLE Claro tracks your craving triggers, time-of-day patterns, and intensity trends over time. Weekly summaries show you what's shifting and what to watch for, so you stay one step ahead of the urge. DAILY CHECK-INS Start each day by checking in with how you're feeling — strong, okay, struggling, or needing help right now. Claro meets you there, every time. ACCOUNTABILITY WITHOUT JUDGMENT Claro celebrates your wins and shows up for the hard moments. No shame, no scoreboard. If you slip, Claro helps you debrief and start fresh.
