FocusMe blocks the apps and websites that pull you away from what matters, and makes it hard to give in. Build a plan in four steps: • What to block: pick apps and categories, or type the websites you want gone. • When it runs: start a Quick Timer, or set a weekly schedule, overnight included. • How strict: from Unlocked to Lock it Down, where stopping takes 25 random characters typed perfectly. • Review, then create it and switch it on. Choose how each plan blocks: • Block: everything on the list stays blocked while the plan runs. • Time Limit: use your blocked apps for a set time each day or hour, then they're blocked. • Session Limit: a few short sessions a day, with breaks in between. Make stopping a decision, not a reflex. Gentle Guidance asks you to type 5 random characters; Firm but Flexible asks for 10. See where your time goes: the Activity tab shows your app usage and the apps FocusMe blocked. Blocking is enforced by iOS Screen Time, so it keeps working even when FocusMe is closed. Your Screen Time data stays on your iPhone. Already use FocusMe on your computer? Sign in with the same account to sync your plans between your iPhone and desktop, with FocusMe Premium.
