Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sabrinalert at 86% against Pee Map's 22%. Sabrinalert also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.6) and ads (none vs shown). Pee Map's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pee Map sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Sabrinalert sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Sabrinalert holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sabrinalert has 269 ratings behind it against 52, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 22% of Pee Map's written reviews are positive against 86% of Sabrinalert's.
Pee Map ships an update every 4 days, Sabrinalert every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
