Lezan is a start-up which wants to help build a bridge between employers and future employees. Our mission statement is to empower individuals to take agency of their own lives while at the same time help businesses retrieve the right talent available. We want to make it easier for applicants to get an overview of what jobs exists here in the region and make it easier to approach companies. While at the same time making it easier for employers to be contacted by the right type of employees for their organizational needs. Lezan uses filters to enable those who are looking for jobs to be able to navigate through the vast number of jobs that otherwise would have been lost to them due to them either not being seen when posted in a chat or often just out of reach. Now connecting with companies has never been easier in the Kurdistan and Iraq region.
