RECIPE LIBRARY Browse a curated collection of 50+ built-in recipes across categories — sourdough, pastry, enriched breads, and more. Every recipe comes with a full ingredient list, step-by-step method, and automatically calculated Baker's Percentages (hydration, salt %, and more). CREATE YOUR OWN RECIPES Not finding what you need? Write and save your own private recipes. Add ingredients, methods, and tips — all stored securely in your account. BAKING SESSIONS Start a baking session tied to any recipe. Name your bake, scale the ingredients to exactly the quantity you need, and track everything from start to finish — all in one place. INGREDIENT SCALING Adjust any single ingredient and every other ingredient rescales proportionally in real time. No more mental math — get exact gram-perfect weights for any batch size. TIMED REMINDERS & PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Set reminders by the minute — "Stretch and fold in 30 min", "Shape in 2 hours". Proof Lab sends push notifications directly to your device, even when the app is closed. Reminders sync across all your devices so you never miss a proof. DOUGH STATE LOG Tap preset states (Bubbly, Sticky, Airy, Over fermented, and more) or type your own to build a timestamped log of how your dough develops. Understand what's happening at every stage. PHOTO JOURNAL Attach photos to any session and watch your progress come to life. Your first photo becomes the session's cover image, making it easy to browse your baking history at a glance. RATINGS & FEEDBACK After each bake, rate your result 1–5 stars and write notes on what went well and what to improve. Build a personal record that helps you get better with every loaf. BAKING HISTORY All your sessions live in one place. Duplicate a previous bake to repeat it, edit it to tweak ingredients, or delete it when you're done. AI RECIPE MAKER Describe what you want to bake and let AI generate a complete recipe for you — ingredients, quantities, and steps included. A great starting point you can refine and save as your own.
