Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Conexion at none against Mine Locator Map's shown. Conexion also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Mine Locator Map's advantage is ratings volume (367 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
