DUTY NAVIGATION AND NOTEBOOK, by car and by motorbike. IMPORTANT: My112 Copilot is an independent, unofficial app by a private developer. It is not connected to the 112 emergency number or to any police force, agency or public authority. It does not call emergency services, does not alert anyone on your behalf and is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call your local emergency number. It is only a driving aid and a notebook: it does not replace official procedures, the orders you receive or the service radio. WHO IT IS FOR For people who drive for work, for example on police or rescue duty, and want a simple navigation app with a call-out archive on their phone. The app is for adults. WHAT IT DOES β’ NORMAL or EMERGENCY state with one tap, big and colour-coded at the top of the screen. The app always opens in NORMAL. β’ NORMAL: route with traffic, following the usual limits and restrictions. β’ EMERGENCY: only for authorised vehicles on urgent duty, with emergency lights and sirens on. Route calculation gives less weight to queues and slowdowns and updates more often; closed roads are still avoided. It does not promise shorter journey times and authorises nothing. β’ Car or motorbike: on the motorbike the buttons get bigger and further apart, easy to use with gloves. β’ Destination: search or dictate the address, or share with the app an address or location received in a message. β’ Minutes to arrival always in view, with expected time and distance. Short voice prompts: route calculated, recalculating, arrived. β’ Automatic recalculation if you leave the route. β’ Send ETA: prepares a message with the minutes, the arrival time and a link to your position; it goes out only if you send it, with the app you choose. β’ Share my position: your current position, only when you send it. β’ Call-out archive: typed or dictated notes, with a title or case number, place, date, time of the call and of arrival on scene, photos and videos. Search by case, place or date; export the list or the whole archive. β’ Quick calls: one tap opens the phone with the number already entered (for example your office, also from your contacts); the call starts only if you place it. EMERGENCY RULE Exceptions to traffic rules apply only to authorised vehicles on urgent duty with emergency devices switched on, as your local traffic law allows, and you must always drive with care. The app grants no exceptions: otherwise use NORMAL. SAFE USE Phone in a holder, never in your hand while driving: set the destination before you leave. Routes and times are estimates and can be wrong: always watch the road and the signs. PRIVACY No account, no ads. Your position is used only to navigate: address search and routing use TomTom. Notes, photos and videos stay on your phone until you send them. Ideas or problems? Write to us from Settings, with Suggest an improvement or Report a problem: we read everything.
