Mindful Tennis is your personal tennis journal and performance tracker — designed for players of all levels who want to improve their game with intention. Whether you're a casual player, a competitive club member, or working with a coach, Mindful Tennis helps you log every session, reflect on your performance, and spot trends that matter. KEY FEATURES Session Tracking Start a session before you play and end it when you're done. A background timer keeps track of your session duration while you focus on the court. An ongoing notification lets you quickly return to end your session. Rate 8 Key Aspects After each session, rate yourself (1–5 stars) across eight core areas of your game: • Forehand • Backhand • Serve • Return • Volley • Slice • Movement • Mindset Optionally invite a partner to rate you too, so you get an outside perspective on your play. Notes & Focus Points Set a focus for each session — what do you want to work on today? Add notes after playing to capture insights, breakthroughs, or things to improve next time. Performance Trends Visualize your overall performance score over time with interactive charts. Filter by time range (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or custom) to see short-term and long-term improvement. Drill down into each of the 8 aspects to see how individual parts of your game are evolving. Win/Loss Records Log set scores for each session and track your win/loss record. Filter by opponent and time period to see how you match up against specific players. Session History Browse your full session history in a color-coded list: • Green — Great session (score >= 70) • Amber — Average session (score 40-69) • Red — Needs work (score below 40) Tap any session to review the full detail — ratings, scores, notes, and more. Cloud Sync Your data is always backed up and synced across devices. Sign in and pick up right where you left off, on any of your devices. Works offline too — sessions are saved locally first and synced automatically when you're back online. WHO IS IT FOR? • Recreational players who want a simple way to track what they worked on • Club competitors tracking set scores and opponent records • Coached players keeping detailed session notes for review • Anyone who believes reflection leads to improvement https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
