Attentively helps you reclaim attention by turning distracting apps into short hourly windows instead of one broad daily cap. Choose an app, set a few minutes per hour, and let Attentively pause access until the next hour resets. Designed for self-control, not surveillance. Attentively uses Apple Screen Time APIs to let you select apps and enforce limits on your device. Rules stay local to your iPhone, and the app does not require an account or backend. Use Attentively to: - Limit social apps in small recurring windows - Avoid one long scroll session - Pause distracting apps after your hourly budget - See active, paused, and locked rules at a glance Start small, adjust anytime, and keep your attention returning throughout the day.
