Fluxmeter vs Radex
Price, ratings, monetisation and update history for both apps, side by side — with what reviewers say about each.
Fluxmeter
This utility app detects invisible electromagnetic fields using your device's magnetometer. It scans for alternating current waves from power lines and unshielded devices, employing a unique algorithm to isolate local magnetic flux.
- Detects electromagnetic fields
- Uses device magnetometer
- Scans for 50/60hz AC waves
- Measures local magnetic flux
- Proprietary zeroing algorithm

Measure the invisible electromagnetic fields that surround us. This utility uses your device's built in magnetometer to scan for 50/60hz alternating current waves, emanating from power lines and unshielded devices that use alternating current, such as desk fans, space heaters, or toasters. Fluxmeter uses a proprietary algorithm to "zero" out the Earth's magnetic field, allowing measurement of the local area magnetic flux only.
Radex
This application measures 5G EMF radiation using your device's sensors and magnetometer. It offers an easy-to-use interface with a color-coded system for readings and supports Apple Watch integration.
- 5G EMF radiation detection
- On-device sensor utilization
- Magnetometer for accuracy
- Color-coded readings
- Apple Watch support
