A life-OS task manager, built for iPhone in pure SwiftUI. Most task apps tell you what's left. Heida tells you what got done — and where in your life it landed. ◎ TAG TASKS BY LIFE AREA Six categories ship preset — Fitness, Work, Personal, Health, Finance, Learning — each in its own color. Rename them, recolor them, add your own. Every task carries its area through the list, calendar, and dashboard. ◎ MONTHLY GOALS YOU CAN SEE Set how many tasks you want to complete in each life area each month. A ring on the dashboard fills toward that target. Flag specific tasks as monthly goals and they pin to the top. ◎ A DASHBOARD THAT CONFESSES Per-category completion rings. Where your effort actually went. Month-over-month delta. A 30-day sparkline per area. Plan next month before it arrives. ◎ RECURRING TASKS, WITHOUT THE SPAM Daily, weekly, monthly. Complete one and the next instance schedules itself — same category, same priority, same goal flag. ◎ DATE-BASED REMINDERS + SMART NUDGES Every dated task fires a 9 AM notification on that day. Plus a randomized "nudge" rhythm you control, mixed across tasks, habits, and anchors. ◎ THREE LAYERS, ONE APP TODAY — tasks you want to ship before the day ends. DAILY — habits with streaks that compound. ANCHORS — principles, mantras, lessons you want to keep in mind. ◎ ONE PRICE, FOREVER $7.99 once. 7-day free trial. No subscription. No ads. No data harvesting. Your tasks live in a local SwiftData database on your phone — nothing leaves the device. WHY HEIDA? "Heida" is Old Norse for bright, clear. The state of mind we built this for. Heida is made by FlowStack LLC, an independent studio. One person, one app, no investors. We answer at hello@heida.app.
