Punch Radar turns short boxing sessions into measurable progress. Set your iPhone down, step into frame, and throw clean punches. The app uses the camera to detect your movement on-device and estimate punch speed, then saves your best results so you can follow your progress across sessions. Measure punch speed in quick tests, train with structured missions, and earn XP for every detected hit. Work on speed, rhythm, consistency, and endurance in short rounds built for home training, warm-ups, friendly challenges, or fast workouts between longer sessions. After each session, Punch Radar helps you understand your performance: best punches, average speed, history, streaks, punch types, and the distribution of your saved results. You can see which punches are getting stronger, how your numbers develop, and which goal to attack next. Punch Radar can optionally connect with Apple Health to read active boxing workouts and save completed sessions as workouts when you grant permission. It works without extra sensors: all you need is your iPhone, enough space to move, and a stable camera position. Ideal for boxing fitness, technique checks, warm-ups, and anyone who wants a more motivating way to track punch speed.
